BLUE C Adom is a blend of Syrah and Cabernet, both grown in the Tel Faris Vineyard, where we also source the grapes for our Covenant Israel Syrah. BLUE C includes both free and press wine from the vintage, which has created a robust yet supple-textured wine, perfect for everything from pizzas to pasta and grilled meats.
Fermentation was with native yeast—as with all our wines—with barrel aging in French oak.
A bold, lush red wine packed with black cherry, cassis and plum flavors. It’s framed elegantly in toasty oak and finishes long with supple tannins.
